COVID-19 Protocols

The arrival of COVID-19 has caused BCROA members to evaluate and change operating practices. Operators want to ensure that all clients and staff remain safe. After all, BCROA members are no strangers to putting safety first!

We continue to monitor health authority and WorkSafe BC direction and guidelines on how to  minimize the risks associated with COVID-19.

This includes mask requirements when needed, minimizing public and staff interactions in enclosed areas, daily monitoring of staff health, and sanitizing high touch surfaces.

In addition, each company associated with the BCROA operates under their own safety plan adapted to their unique environment.
