Rafting in Revelstoke, British Columbia

Between the Monashees and Selkirk mountain ranges and on the banks of the mighty Columbia River you’ll find one of North America’s premier outdoor adventure destinations. While it came to fame for its winter ski resort, summer brings snowmelt from the alpine and a range of rafting and whitewater experiences. The chilly Illecillewaet River will cool you off no matter how high the temps climb, while the Columbia River offers float trips (waterfall views included) that are perfect for a half-day, family-friendly stop.

Tip: Revelstoke is on the Trans-Canada Highway, so makes a perfect stop between roughly mid-way between Vancouver and Calgary. Check the Kicking Horse Canyon construction schedule and Drive BC if you're planning your trip from Calgary or other points east of BC. (Links open in a new tab.)

The following rafting companies are all members of the The British Columbia River Outfitter’s Association, so you know their guides have met our stringent training requirements and are prepared to bring you on the adventure of a lifetime rafting in Revelstoke, British Columbia. Click on the logos to view company websites.
