Wild Water Adventures

Since 1992, Wild Water Adventures has offered premium quality whitewater river experiences on the famous Kicking Horse River. With a roster offering ‘mild to wild’ whitewater options, guests choose between fun & splashy or BIG & challenging! Top quality gear is provided (wetsuits, neoprene booties & gloves, spray jackets, life jackets and helmets); guests need only bring a bathing suit and towel.

Our RiverBase, conveniently located on the TransCanada Highway just 20 minutes east of Golden, offers heated indoor change rooms and spacious covered decks for enjoying views of the river and mountains. Daily half-day & full-length trips are offered mid-May through mid-September. No previous rafting experience required. Ideal for the entire family! Minimum age is 8 years old.
