Year end bonus for all employees who stay until the end of the rafting season and perform to our standard.

Location of Work: Kicking Horse River, Golden BC
Job Duties: Rafting safely on the Kicking Horse River in changing river levels and conditions, guest care and interaction, trip rig and de-rig, gear maintenance, safety briefings and demonstrations.
Skills requirements: Minimum 2 years experience guiding on class 3 – 4+ whitewater, experience guiding with oars, valid swift water rescue certification, valid 50 hour first aid certificate (as a minimum) 80+ hour is preferred, a willingness to raft company lines because safety is our priority.
